DOCUMENTS ON PUBLIC DISPLAY

Following the December Ordinary Meeting of Council the draft Payment of Expenses and the Provision of Facilities to the Mayor and Councillors Policy is to be placed on public exhibition for a period of at least 28 days, in accordance with Section 253 of the Local Government Act 1993 .  Due to the Christmas Closure and public holidays, Council has extended this exhibition period to conclude on Monday 18 January 2009.

 

 

REQUEST TO WAIVE FEES

Following the December 2009 Ordinary Meeting of Council, the following two requests are advertised, as per section 610E of the Local Government Act, for a period of 28 days, inviting comment from members of the public:

 

1.            Blayney Public School's request to waive the Heritage Park hire fees for their end of year presentation on 15 December 2009, and that Council's decision to waive the hire fees be exhibited for public comment for 28 days in accordance with section 610E of the Local Government Act;

 

                2.            St James Parish Blayney Ball Committee's request to waive the King George Oval Park hire fees for their 2010 Debutante Ball, and that Council's decision to waive the hire fees be exhibited for public comment for 28 days in accordance with section 610E of the Local Government Act;

Members of the Community are invited to comment by no later than Monday 18 January 2009.
