2025 Strategic Vision

For Blayney Shire to prosper in the next two decades and not be suppressed into oblivion through amalgamation, the Councillors and Senior Management must be creative, conscious and open minded to the wishes and requests of ratepayers, government bodies and staff.
The purpose of the Blayney Shire Council’s “2025 Vision” is to ensure the Council has a focus on forward thinking. This would expect to guarantee that the Shire will continue to be a single profitable entity in future years. By adopting a proactive outlook, the Blayney Shire Council will continue to be an active participant in the growth of the Central NSW Region, whilst developing Council’s area as an innovative, inspirational and enjoyable environment for its current residents, and those wanting to settle in the area as portrayed in Council’s vision.
